How do I switch on the iMemorizer?

Connect the power cable to the iMemorizer and plug it into the socket. The display will switch on within 10 seconds, and the day, date and time of day will automatically appear.

What should I do if there is a power failure or if someone unplugs the device?

A small built-in battery ensures that no data is lost in case of power failures. If the device has been unplugged, plug it back in. The right date and time of day will automatically reappear on the screen.

How can I set winter- or summertime?

The iMemorizer does not automatically switch from summer- to wintertime and vice-versa. You need to change the time manually using the MENU and NAVIGATION buttons. For more information we refer to the manual.

Can I use the iMemorizer upright rather than hanging?

Yes, in the box you will find a base that you can screw into the bottom-right corner of the device.

The display shows a wrong time or date. How can I change it?

In the manual you will find step-by-step instructions on how to change the settings using the navigation and menu buttons on the back of the device.

The display does not switch on or I cannot get the settings right. What should I do?

Contact GeheugenSupport using the contact form on the website. We will get back to you ASAP. GeheugenSupport can provide several pictograms for your iMemorizer, which can store up to six such visuals. We can also supply you with custom pictograms.
